包鋼稀土：中國(guó)投資との提攜について見(jiàn)解を表明
2009年9月25日、包鋼稀土は昨日?qǐng)?bào)道された、中國(guó)投資との提攜についての見(jiàn)解を表明した。
24日、中國(guó)投資保証有限會(huì)社が、內(nèi)モンゴル自治區(qū)包頭市政府と、レアアース総合企業(yè)の包頭鋼鉄稀土の招きに応じ、包鋼グループの視察を行った。両社交渉によって、今後包鋼グループは內(nèi)モンゴルのレアメタル採(cǎi)掘、備蓄を?qū)熼Tに行う新會(huì)社を設(shè)立、中國(guó)投資は同社の株式の80%を取得する、と中國(guó)経済サイトの「経済參考報(bào)」において報(bào)道がなされた。
これに対し包鋼稀土関係者は「中國(guó)投資が視察に訪れたのは、今後レアアース分野での共同提攜を進(jìn)めるため。ただし、我々はまだ提攜方式を模索している段階で、具體的なことは決定していない�！工葓�(bào)道を否定した。
