高密度タングステン合金の靜水圧押出変形及びその変形時(shí)効強(qiáng)化の研究Study on isostatic extrusion deformation of high density tungsten alloy and its deformation aging strengthening
抄録
W‐7wt%Fe‐3wt%Ni焼結(jié)合金に加工度0〜40%の冷間靜水圧押出加工を加え,加工材及びそれを300〜1100℃で時(shí)効処理を行った材料の機(jī)械的性質(zhì)を調(diào)べた。42%の加工を加えた材料の引張強(qiáng)さは1450MPaであった(未加工材:〜950MPa)。加工後の材料を500〜600℃で時(shí)効処理を行うことによりさらに強(qiáng)度が上昇した。32%の加工を加えた材料を600℃‐1hの時(shí)効処理を行うことにより引張強(qiáng)さは1530MPaに上昇した。時(shí)効硬化はW相中の転位と格子間不純物との相互作用による強(qiáng)化及び界面の強(qiáng)化によるとした
