中國(guó)タングステン産業(yè)の現(xiàn)狀
タングステンは、粉末冶金や超硬工具、電子部品といったハイテク製品の原材料となる重要な金屬である。中國(guó)はタングステンの埋蔵量及び精鉱生産量において、いずれも世界の90％以上を占め、レアアースと同様、資源的に圧倒的優(yōu)位性を占めている。本稿では、最近、中國(guó)有色金屬工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)が報(bào)告した2007年の中國(guó)タングステン産業(yè)の動(dòng)向について紹介する。
. 中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)のタングステン供給量と輸出量
1-1. 國(guó)內(nèi)タングステン精鉱生産量、前年同期比0.72％増
中國(guó)有色金屬工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)の統(tǒng)計(jì)によると、2007年の國(guó)內(nèi)タングステン精鉱の生産量が2006年同期比で0.72％増加し、全國(guó)タングステン精鉱の換算量(65％W03)は80438tであった。そのうち江西省の生産量は37,250tで同期比7.2％の減少、湖南省の生産量は30,952tで2007年同期比14.63％増であった。江西省の生産量が全國(guó)総生産量に占める割合は46.31％、湖南省は38.48％で、江西と湖南で全國(guó)総生産量の84.79％を占めている。
國(guó)土資源部からの2007年タングステン鉱山及びレアアース鉱山の採(cǎi)掘総量規(guī)制指標(biāo)の通知によると、2007年の全國(guó)タングステン精鉱(65％W03)の採(cǎi)掘総量規(guī)制指標(biāo)は59,270t、そのうち総合回収量は4,460tとなっているが、毎年の実質(zhì)採(cǎi)掘量は8萬(wàn)t前後あり、割當(dāng)額の水準(zhǔn)をはるかに上回っている。企業(yè)によっては罰金を払いながらも増産を続けているところもあり、今後、関連部門(mén)はこの方面の監(jiān)督を強(qiáng)化していく必要がある。
