中國政府、8種類の鉱物資源の新規(guī)鉱山開発を一時停止
中國鉱業(yè)報によると、國土資源部は最近、「稀土、タングステン、錫、アンチモンの新規(guī)鉱山開発及び中小規(guī)模の石炭、モリブデン、重晶石、蛍石の新規(guī)鉱山開発の審査、採掘許可書の発給を2000年12月31日まで停止する」と発表した。これらの鉱産資源は中國にとって重要な輸出品であるにもかかわらず、ここ數(shù)年、自らの生産過剰により國際価格が大幅に値下がりしている。また鉱山は規(guī)模が小さく技術(shù)レベルが低いため、資源の利用効率が低く、鉱山周辺の環(huán)境汚染問題も深刻化している。このような問題が今回の発表の背景となっている。
