ホットランナノズル
射出成形機(jī)でプラスチックを金型に圧入する際に、射出成形機(jī)から金型に至る部分(ランナ)を、樹脂が溶けた狀態(tài)に保つための加熱保持する方式をホットランナといい、金型へ圧入する部分をホットランナノズルという。ホットランナから製品部への入り口を、直接製品上に配置することにより、製品を取り出す場合に、製品以外の不要なものを一切伴わない。今回は、マグネシウム合金の成形に際してもこのシステムを取り込むことにより、ランナレス射出成形法を確立した
