射出成形機(jī)(MIM 技術(shù))
プラスチックのチップ(小片)が、それをためたホッパーからシリンダーへ運ばれ、シリンダー內(nèi)にあるスクリューで加熱されながら加圧されて、金型內(nèi)へ圧入されてプラスチックの部品として製造される裝置。この裝置を使用して部材を製造する技術(shù)が射出成形技術(shù)。スクリューは鉄でできており、マグネシウム合金は鉄とは反応し難いので、最近この裝置はそのままマグネシウム合金チップを利用した部品の成形裝置として代用されている。この方法はチクソモールディングと呼ばれており、チップを使用するための問題點も多い。今回開発した射出成形機(jī)は、スクリューを使用せず、マグネシウム合金インゴットをそのまま加熱加圧する
